i've got this article (link) from my ukrainian colleague, who's birth city is the russian language speaking odessa ... the people at the square in front of the trade union building were collecting signatures with paper and pen in order to allow the russian language as official language again. you remember that the fascist provisional government have forbidden all other languages besides the ukrainian at the very first day they have gained power in kiev. not a nice or people friendly regulation in a multinational country like ukraine, what do you think?....
