my wife taught a class of teachers for the 3rd time about intuition in neustift abbey close to brixen (bressanone) in südtirol (south tyrol) in italy this august and i could spend a beautiful week there 😄

my stops this time were:

what an interesting concept: only 3 main dishes, but all regional and really delicious. not cheap, of course, but nice and interesting
