my next visit to pressburg (= bratislava, the capital of slovakia / slovensko / slowakei / SK) was quite a short one. the main reason was to visit my father, which is getting older and thx goodness he is still robust, optimistic and fine 😀

dear mother, it is so easy to make you happy today and it is also so nice ... hmmm, why have you been so strict to yourself and to others all your adult life before?

well, my youngest brother and his wife take care of our mother in bratislava and i enjoyed to visit them and to spend a week with my mother in her native village einsiedel an der göllnitz (mnisek nad hnilcom) in eastern slovakia.

the childhood house of my mother looks somehow worn-out and is owned by gypsies now. well, gypsies are the biggest (and youngest) community in einsiedel today ....

there was ice cold at night - minus 10 degrees celsius

what a nice visit to my mother @bratislava (slovakia)

well, i do quite often visit my ailing mother in bratislava / slovakia. if you asked me, she is fine, still physically strong, easy to make happy - it is enough to walk with her for a while or to go to a coffee shop and order a coffee :-)

i'm so thankful my youngest brother and his wife take care of her. it a really good feeling to know she is fine ...

what about bratislava? well, it is so great that i always manage to visit some interesting place i have never before and yes, i can also often meet few friends here
