we have many, many times been at the neuschwanstein and hohenschwangau castles, especially when we have had guests from slovakia or poland. actually, there is always something new to discover for us. besides the castles, the pöllatschlucht canyon, the city of füssen, hiking in the nearby mountains, there is an another activity we have enjoyed this time and can warmly recommend to you: swimming and paddling in the picturesque lake alpsee :-)
