4 days in ashram ~ taraska, PL

finally, i've got time to present my pictures + insights from august 2023 😇

what a nice time in central poland. especially our 4 days in the art of living's ashram in taraska, in a forest close to the pilica river near piotrkow trybunalski (19 km) and lodz (61 km). we enjyoed not only the vegan food, swimming in the pilica river und clear air, but also the agenda at the yearly meeting of the spiritual education club 'art of good life' from lodz. there have been interesting presentations, workshops, some health supporting devices, my crazy wife hypnotised people at tea table in the evening & next day in the conference hall almost the whole audience at once😀, a yoga class each morning, a lot of time to speak to like-minded people + much more...
