we have spent our time in CZ (czech republic) almost completely in the eastern part called morava (moravia, mähren).
- former baroque storage (barokni spejchar, barocker speicher) from 1646, today a guesthouse + restaurant in tlucna (close to plzen / pilsen)
- city of ostrava in upper silesia (also known as ostrau or till 1941 mährisch ostrau)
- castle trest (triesch) => franz kafka + josef alois schumpeter + phantasic swimming in flooded old stone quarry (steinbruch, kamenolom) in cenkov
- castle rostejn / rostyn / rosenstein (built 1339 for the brothers Meinhard + Ulrich IV. von Neuhaus)
- unesco heritage city of telc (teltsch)

sweet water fishery + wine region southern moravia, ...

ps: paul kuppelwieser, the austrian manager in rockefeller's steel works in vitkovice (ostrava) was the one who retired at age of 52 and in about 1860 bouhght the then austrian and today croatian brioni (brijun) islands in istria (malaria => robert koch => nix malaria, tito, zoo, cadillac, ZOO, arts, ...)
