two valleys: lechtal + tannheimer tal in tirol, austria, AT

what a nice weekend with our former neighbors in tirol, austria, AT. for some strange reason we have booked the hotel black eagle 'schwarzer adler' in a wrong place called tannheim instead of the black eagle in hägerau and were some 40 minutes away by car. it did not make any harm to our common holidays. we've joined the group for a hiking tour, swimming in the waterfall (hägerauer wasserfall) close to the lech river and for barbecue after that and went home late at night. 

thus we've seen not just the lechtal valley (~ canyoning 2023), but also the similar beautiful valley tannheimer tal with the small lake haldensee .. just could not visit the nearby lake vilsalpsee as both roads to it were closed. well, it was raining at that time, so we did not try to find out why are they closed and how would the right approach aka entry look like ...

skiing with my daughter + her boyfriend in the rain below the zugspitze (2962m) in tirol, austria. the ski area goes from 1,110m to 1,950m and we've had a temperature between +2°C and +7°C. it is the sunny (southern) side of the zugspitze massif and yes, later came the sun as well 🌞

on the way back home, we've tried out the ski lift feeling inside the car .... yes, we have heated our seats and opened the panorama roof ....  morons we, i've been 3 days sick after that  ... DO NOT TRY IT in winter time, my dears ⛄
