zugspitze, top of germany

what a nice skiing at the zugspitze, the top of germany, today. just 1 day before the winter saison ends (1st of may), you know? ⛄🌞

we have had fantastic light + clouds conditions today, so the hills looked different every few minutes => enjoy few pictures. later below you will find also pictures from my visit here with my youngest daughter and her boyfriend in early february.

here is my face still quite fine. in the evening at home i was red like a soviet flag. now i

try to save what's still possible by aloe vera + kefir face masks. next tim SUN CREAM 🌞

now few views from early febraury (05.02.2023) with not much snow out there. just check the last picture from the cable car down to the frozen lake eibsee. do you see any significant white areas in the valley? my dears, it wasfebruary, the 5th .... even my beloved ski track brunntal at the zugspitze was closed as there were rocks all over the area. well, we have had to ride only in the area weisses tal / sonnenkar in the region 2,300 - 2,600m. it was a fantastic day anyway 😄

there was not much snow in february, you see?

skiing with the best of all wives ~ well, me skiing, she walking around + relaxing close to the heaven :-)

ski area berwang, bichlbach, rinnen, almkopf (almkopfbahn) is located in the berwanger tal (berwanger valley) close to ehrwald + lermoos and is in the shadow of zugspitze (2963m) in tirol / austria, but they call it zugspitzarena anyway :-)
