what a great idea to visit the bavarian #1 tourist destination (together with the BMW museum in munich), the castles hohenschwangau + neuschwanstein on this sunny february weekend. the lake alpsee was still frozen, so we could walk on the ice and see the castles and surrounding mountains from a completely different perspective :-)
