edelmetallmesse 2016

next edelmetallmesse (precious metals fair) aka gold + silver show took place in munich again :-)

well, there were many interesting presentations about the financial and geopolitical situation in the the world as gold investments (silver investments ditto) have much to do with difficult times like the ours: shaky peace + dwindling freedom + undemocratic acting governments in the society we live in => many speakers told we should protest in the streets (as i already do every monday), so let's CRASH the SYSTEM; my dears or at least let's protect ourselves against the growing NWO ...
of course, there were also few chart analysis & pure price prediction presentations which i didn't visit at all.
erich hambach ~ let's inform the ignorant mainstream people about the presumable problems in our society
  matthias weik & marc friedrich
 thomas bachheimer
 thomas bachheimer
 thorsten schulte (silberjunge)
david morgan ~ the curve of mania
max otte ~ suggestion for current investment strategy
folker hellmeyer, bremer landesbank ~ a brilliant public speaker and smart pro-european (political) economist
the conference room in the public transport museum (MVG museum, münchen)
electric cars need a lot of copper, you know? tesla showed by gianni kovacevic's copper bank

i've got a nice dividend from my dear endeavour silver miners, a silver coin similar to this one:
source: here (2010)

the very good presentations i've attended at day #1. of course, i have left bad / boring presentations immediately :-)
  • erich hambach
  • volker schnabel (mack & weise vermögensverwaltung)
  • matthias weik & marc friedrich
  • dietmar siebholz started with some problems in germany, but later he just promoted gianni kovacevic's copper bank
  • thomas bachheimer
  • thorsten schulte (silberjunge)
day #2:
  • claus vogt, krisensicher investieren
  • david morgan, the morgan report
  • peter denk (only 20 minutes)
  • prof. max otte
  • bill holter
  • excellon resources inc. ~ silver producer ~ one of the oldest positions in my commodity oriented portfolio
  • folker hellmeyer, bremer landesbank ~ a brilliant public speaker and smart pro-european (political) economist

well, i've increased my commodity stocks positions as well and i'm going to buy bought few more on monday mostly at market opening in USA/CANADA in a sharp declining commodity market. gold + silver were down a lot and USD was up in the european markets => thus many of my limit orders were filled at a lower level then specified by me on sunday ~ 1 EUR = 1.477 CAD; 1 EUR = 1.103 USD => good luck, my sweet portfolio warriors :-):
  • excellon resources @CAD 1.94 => they are going to double production and to cut in half the costs in Q1/2017
  • vista gold @ USD 1.05 => i just had few USD from dividends left in my CAD based account, so i've slightly increased one of my few USD positions
  • first mining finance @ CAD 0.79 => keith neumeyer, the CEO of my single biggest stock position first majestic silver, started the company to take advantage of crashed prices for exploration properties and wants to wait to sell them later as the markets improve. let's wait with him ;o)
  • first majestic silver @ CAD 10.76 ~ my single biggest position ~ existing position increased
  • bhp billiton (ADRs @ USD 35.11 ~ existing position increased
  • endeavour silver @ CAD 6.27 ~ existing position increased
  • great panther silver @ CAD 1.80 ~ existing position increased
  • international tower hill mines @ CAD 0.99 ~ new position opened because of comparison of peer group seen in first mining finance presentation slides
  • spanish mountain gold @ CAD 0.14 ~ new position opened because of comparison of peer group seen in first mining finance presentation slides
  • nickel one @ CAD 0.075 ~ new position opened because of talks with CEO at the fair
  • pretium resources @ CAD 12.99 ~ new position opened because of comparison of peer group seen in first mining finance presentation slides
  • orex minerals @ CAD 0.465 ~ existing position increased

  • victoria gold @ CAD 0.6 ~ existing position increased
  • exeter resource @CAD 1.55 ~ new position opened because of comparison of peer group seen in first mining finance presentation slides
  • 92 resources ~ lithium in Northwest Territories, canada ~ existing position increased
  • zimtu capital @ CAD 0.19 ~ existing position increased

gold + silver show (2 days), munich 2013

the next munich precious metals show edelmetalmesse is over. we have had two great days with many many wonderful presentations, mining companies, coin dealers, newsletter writers, hostesses and the like. but to be honest, the state of the gold + silver + commodity markets is very very bad. the share price of many many mining companies is today below the 2008 panic lows and many junior mining companies and/or explorer will probably go bankrupt in the next few months. just to give you one number, this year there were 70 mining companies less than last year ...

unfortunately, the world controlling fiat money system is still so strong and honest money systems (local systems, bitcoins, gold / commodity / working hour / etc covered monetary systems and the like) are still so unimportant and thus (among others) a fair peaceful world still so far away ... so sad if you asked me :-( anyway, go gold bugs go and let's crash the fraudulent fiat money system :-)
2 x dirk müller aka mr. dax

 chris berry (just sign for his free newsletter @ house-mountain :-)
among the coin and bullion dealers were degussa and proaurum the biggest
 where is the german private money? philipp vorndran brought this nice slide ...
 ... and this one as well. looks like chris berry's war east vs. west, doesn't it?
 let's recycle all the gold + silver + other commodities out of our mobile phones
the former slovak parliament president richard sulik. this euro critic annoyed the mighty fiat money mafia for a week as slovakia didn't agreed to some euro rescue package (there was and for some issues maybe there still is the rule that 100% of members have to agree i think). and yes, the reality showed that all that rescue packages for greece didn't worked out: the industrial production, employment, wealth, etc. collapsed badly and even the hope is far away. the european taxpayers paid a lot of money just to rescue few banks who held greek debt :(
the banking lobbyist folker (hellmayer?) hellmeyer from the bremer landesbank (central bank of the german state of bremen) is a gold bug and europe fan on the one hand, on the other hand is he an advocate for state driven thievery of private people's money and its redirection to banks (e.g. in cyprus)
professor thomas ramb spoke a lot about different monetary systems and about the different perspective of private investors and the state ...
the visitors liked the presentations, if you asked me ....
... what do you think?
enjoy few following slides from andreas popp and his wissensmanufaktur. more about their models for a fair world aka 'plan B' here). my dears, do not think the banks are above the state by accident. the money printers rule the mainstream media and it rules the politicians (politics actors). btw that explains also why is at an occupy protest in berlin only the police against the demonstrators  and at an occupy protest in frankfurt the german army bundeswehr plus the police. frankfurt is the centre of power, you know?
 andreas popp
the 5 accounts of national economy ~ die 5 konten der volkswirtschaft ...
... and here a little bit nicer with a link to and with ADDITIONAL MATERIAL about state debt from source: wissensmanufaktur

andreas popp: financial winners and loser in germany the last 20 years. private people as a group are the winners. please do not expect that the average household got 52,000 €uro richer what the average increase per household approximately is. there were few privileged and the most were not. the businesses and the government/state are also among the losers. the state  too? of course, it wouldn't be bankrupt otherwise. if you asked me, only the money printers and their small dirty underlings are the true winners and yes, they belong also to the private household group. not a big surprise as we got already used to privatization of profits and socialization of losses, is it?
 andreas popp
 andreas popp: that's the model for a better world aka 'plan B'
claus vogt spoke about the big picture in politics + economy + investments
 question asked by silver guru david morgan and the audience many times in the last 2 years ... his answer? not at all and yes, he mentioned that 90% of a price movement often happens in the last 10% of time like e.g. in the last gold+silver rally in 1965 - 1980)
  dietmar siebholz spoke about the political developments in germany + about technology (siebholz + graphene applications by grafoid + focus graphite)
the crazy professor hans bocker about long term value of paper currencies :-)
one of the pretty hostesses. this one represented one bullion dealer company

more pictures here, the official event site here, more insights soon or never :-)

silver analysis by tekmnd, a guy who invests and risks his own money in the markets

silverrrrrr produced by endeavour silver

dear friends, the gold and silver prices are in a free fall, the blood bath in the miners and explorers sectors is far from over yet, so what's going on? let's post an interesting analysis made by a buddy of mine and the co-host of the informedtrades.com community, tekmnd. he is (among others) a trader and a silver buyer himself, so he prefers to do his own due diligence, you know? what does it mean? as you will discover soon, his analysis is completely different from the silver gurus analyses you can get all over the internet and/or mainstream media. unlike the silver gurus who are often coin dealers, newsletter writers, commodity (indexes) promoters etc and thus there is often a conflict of interests indeed, tekmnd invests and risks his own money ...

the silver analysis was originally posted here at InformedTrades yesterday, enjoy my re-print:

Silver dropped pretty hard this week. When I hear comments from the 'silver community,' it is so obvious that no one gets it.
Let's break down what happened-
US Mint lost money last year. Bullion demand was way down.
The world silver interim report in Nov showed that supply was way up and growing, and demand was declining. The week the Interim report came out, Sprott's headline was "demand is about to overtake supply."
The mint scaled back production and forced a sell out right after.

The sell out was sold as a big rush of demand.
The mint sell out was pushed as a shortage of supply when it had nothing to do with the physical supply of silver. I saw several videos claiming that the mint selling out was because producers couldn't keep up with supply when that had nothing to do with the sellout (and supply is at record high levels right now). The sellout was from the mint scaling back production to force all supply to sell out before the new release came out.

David Morgan first made videos suggesting price would go over $50 this year, and then made a video with a graph showing the price going into the hundreds.
Silver doctors and BrotherJohnF made videos/articles with false claims of silver costing $30 to produce, and said it meant silver would have to shoot up soon.
Silver doctors ran articles asking people if they were "all in" because price was about to shoot up.
Jim Rogers said that you couldn't buy coins when they were on sale.

Not mentioned by any of the so called experts was the Nov Interim report showing supply at record high levels.
Not mentioned was that less bullion coins sold in 2012 than in 2011 or in 2010.
Not mentioned was that many miners production levels beat estimates in 2012.
Not mentioned was that silver reserves and resources had a major increase in 2012.
Not mentioned was the fact that inventories have been massively increasing.

Instead people were told that costs to produce are $30 when they are $11.
That supply is down when it is up.
That demand is overtaking supply when it is down.
That industrial demand is increasing exponentially when it was down last year and down 3 of the last 4 years.
That producers can't keep up with demand when inventories are at almost record high levels.

Anyone even catching on to the fact that my last vid showed that Fresnillo is growing by 75% to 100% in the next 5 years? That increase alone offsets the expected increase in industrial demand.

Anyone talking about the fact the reserves just majorally increased at many producers pretty much making the silver running out lie now a total joke? KGHM has just increased their reserves to 40 years of silver reserves (meaning they have proved that they can mine silver out for at least the next 40 years as long as silver is over $22 per ounce spot). Pan American, Fresnillo and Hochschild increases their reserves and resources every year. In fact, increasing reserves and resources on an ongoing basis is Pan American's mission statement on every financial statement they release.

Nope- you were told that "supply is tight, silver is running out, demand is up, industrial use is increasing (down last year, and down 3 of the last 4 years), and that the price decline is all a big conspiracy."

The 2013 World Survey comes out in 11 days. It is expected to yield results that are not favorable to the price of silver. Price is dropping heading into the release of this report.

I have said for 3 months this would happen (price would drop heading into this report).
Please pay attention next time

Cheers
Tek

~~~
a great update, dear tek even if so sad for gold + silver bugs ...
and yes, at my favorite coin dealer, there was never a real shortage in physical gold of silver supply in the last few years. only in late 2008 there were almost no silver coins available and the premiums of physical silver coins/bars shoot up to 40% above the paper silver price. at that time my dealer started to sell silver concentrate in 1 kg bags (which means there still was enough silver to buy)
anyway, go gold bugs go and lets crash the fraudulent paper money system now
~~~
what about one of tek's videos?
~~~
... and this is the jim roger's interview tek refers to
~~~

last but not least, a news release i just got right now. there was a landslide in the 2nd largest U.S. silver mine and world’s largest copper mine kennecott in utah which is owned by rio tinto on april 10th, so the supply side could be hurt to some degree soon. read the whole news release here

precious metals fair, munich / germany

folks, soooo many impressions abt the precious metals fair / show / conference right now ...

lets start with few key notes from day #1 (friday):
  • soooo many 'old' faces from the previous years (mining companies representatives, book/newsletter authors, precious metals dealers, visitors, fund managers, ...)
  • attended few interesting presentations ...
  • visited many of 'my' resource companies (there are more than 20 out of approx 80 exhibitors in my portfolio already, so there is much to do tomorrow as well ... its nice 2 get an update abt ongoing developments from the CEOs directly, u know?)
  • i've met rob mcewen, one of the savviest gold / silver investors and entrepreneurs out there (u.s. gold, rubicon, minera andes, nevada pacific gold, vg gold, lexam exploration, colt resources, ...)
rob mcewen + me
gonna learn german?
  • met also few other folks :)
  • met 3 rabbits ~ bought some silver (physical, of course!) ~ the year of the rabbit coins for 2011 in order to have at least that much luck + success in the markets next year as in the current year of the tiger :-)
  • met few old friends ...
  • bought few stocks:
  1. globex mining ~ approx +90 different projects in north america ~ Au, Ag, various industrial metals, rare earths, talc ~ increased existing position
  2. clifton star resources ~ gold in queebec/canada ~ a strong partnership with osisko mining @  their major project ~ new in my portfolio ~ BONJOUR!
  3. colt resources ~ gold + tungsten (= 'wolfram') in portugal ~ new in my portfolio ~ btw, thats prolly rob mcewens latest resource investment and the stock is already 40-50% higher than it was before the announcement of the corresponding transaction. any cold comfort? yep! the announcement was 1st, the crazy stock price movement was 2nd ... well, there are so many examples in the industry where 1st moves the price on heavy insiders trading and than (few days later and many many % higher) comes out the relevant message which explains all former WHYs ;-( ... anyway, to be honest, i prefer much more if im already invested and then rob steps in, u know? that was soooooo great for my portfolio when he invested in 'my' strugggggling vg gold a year ago! vg gold advanced +127% on that news on the very 1st day, of course :-). folks, i think u think ive bought colt cos rob did. true? nope! when investing, youve 2 pay special attention 2 the HARD FACTS, u know? a) they gave visitors an USB data stick with highest capacity of 4GB among all present companies. just 2 give u the dimension of the difference, some competitors provided sticks with laughable capacity of 256MB, which is 16-times (!!!) less => there is not a single grain of greed @ colt resources, u see? b) they have helen  (my heart). guys, believe me, u have 2 walk miles + miles till u see a 'comparable' pretty being. picture of her? nope! phone number? nope + nope! im telling u, do not beg, my dear. simply forget it, no picture 4 sure ... why? ... hmmmm ....... me, stupid idiot, forgot 2 make one :-(. u wanna at least the names of the greedies among the miners? of course i know them, but im not going 2 tell u cos two of them belong to my biggest portfolio positions yet, thus not wanna cause heavy selling in them before stepping out myself => hard facts, hard facts, hard facts! its all abt HEART facts :-)
  4. hell, hell, hell! i didnt get focus minerals (gold in australia) in germany even if i offered the ask price => ??? => lets hope i will get the stock even cheaper in australia on monday morning ;o). OMG! strange crazy world! the (sunday) night just started here in munich, in australia is prolly monday morning yet! why? myyyyyy shiny australian shares have been already traded and here they are lying in my account ... and on top theyre even cheaper and with lower commissions than at german stock exchanges. lessons learned? HEART facts + patience :-)
  5. some small additional 'shopping' will continue next week i think => thus after my buying offensive of the last few weeks there should be enough gold / silver / commodities in my portfolio, i hope ;-). well, ill update the company names below 2morrow evening ... here we go:
  6. the 2nd australian newbies beside focus in my portfolio are the iron ore fellows @ sherwin iron
  7. batero gold corp ~ gold in colombia ~ new in my portfolio
  8. EnWave corp ~ dehydration of food + medicine ~ increased existing position ~ i liked what the Co-CEO john told me
  9. soltoro ltd ~ silver/gold in mexico ~ increased existing position ~ i liked what CEO andrew told me
  10. detour gold ~ gold in canada ~ new in my portfolio ~ they werent @ the fair i think ~ its the top pick from one buddys gold list ~ lets use the excess liquidity @ my margin account therefor :-)
  11. amerigo resources ~ addendum tuesday 11/09/10 ~ the prolly last cheap stock on the entire TSX board ~ copper/molybdenum in chile ~ increased existing position
  12. great panther resources ~ silver in mexico ~ increased existing position
  13. end of money = end of shopping :-)
many new positions, isnt it? whats next? same procedure as always: lets subscribe for investor newsletters + lets watch their developments + let the intuition decide if i should increase/decrease my stake in the future ;o)

... a looooooong night in between ...

what abt day #2 (saturday)?
  • the globex mining guys invited few crazy folks like myself to an investor breakfast in the top floor of their centrally located hotel at a cruel cruel time, so that my ugly buzzer expelled my poor body from my nice-hot bed BEFORE 7 O'CLOCK!!! got it? it was on saturday, a day when all prudent folks make up their sleep deficites for the week! just unbelievable, these canadian miners, im gonna tell ya ;o). of course i wasnt awake enough and couldnt use my key-card properly to convince the elevator to lift me up ... ohhhh ... after some help from the hotel staff i was there and u wouldnt believe what a beastly view provides munichs roofs in that part of the city! such a nice hotel in such an unsightly neighborhood! anyway, at least it was easy and fast to reach the fair afterwards, thats just one example how experience pays off for fair's long term attendees globex, u see? after perceived 5 litres of coffee i could follow the discussion, hero me! in a familiar atmosphere presented the CEO jack stoch and his wife dianne few of their +90 projects & upcomimg issues, explained their joint venture & spin-off of advanced projects approach, asked for ideas for potential improvements and much more. folks, pls do me a favor, will you? pls   d o   n o t   ask me which metals is globex involved in! look better at the table below and ask jack or go 2 companys website in order 2 find out in which theyre are not, hahaha ... last but not least, there are only approx 22m globex shares out there, many of them owned by the mngmt and thus not 4 sale ...
    huuuuh? one empty seat out there?
    the ultimate periodic chart! both source and a great resource 2 study natural resources ~
    • asked bruno bandulet 2 sign his gold book i read currently 4 me. folks, these guy runs a gold/silver subscription service since 1979, i think. thats what i call stamina + experience
    • bought few more silver coins i liked. folks, pls dont think im heavily buying bullion at current prices ie gold $1,400 and silver $26, im not. why not? i hope i have already enough... btw, last time ive bought a significant amount of silver was the xmas 2009 when the paper silver price was approx $16 and i could buy directly from one of my best performing companies, 1st majestic silver at $18 per ounce. btw, they gave investors in munich the most silver per €uro this time [1 oz SILVER = 20 €uros = a thinny piece of worthless(?) PAPER] while the paper silver price is $26. a buddy of mine checked the prices @ all other booths there... wanna read more abt gold/silver yet? pls read my old old old 'summary' blog post HERE :-).
    • met my remaining companies representatives, attended 2 more presentations
    silver? gold? both?
    me, scorpio mining, soltoro ltd (left 2 right)
    • had a beer (or 2?) with friends after the event ...

    there was also an unofficial day #3 (sunday), u know? well, cos not all visitors leave munich the very next second the show is over, laura from clifton star resources invited few analysts, newsletter writers, the famous silver guru david morgan (btw, david was also one of the key speakers at the conference), my wife + myself 2 a tasty breakfast in a hotel near munichs main station. weve talked abt the markets, investments, freedom, constitution, energy and many other things ... u wouldnt believe that there are also more important things on planet earth than the current price per ounce of gold or silver, would u?

    does everyone still remember last years event? yes? fine. no? fine, just follow that link :-)

    cheers!
