about 40,000 mostly young people stand up for free internet alone in munich and 200,000 in germany. the petition against this planned 'reform' was signed by 5.1 million europeans. chakka, the youth fights for its freedom :-) ....
unfortunately, 3 days later (on 26.03.2019) approved the EU parliament this regulation. at least we see clearly that the politicians are against us people and 'work' just for lobbyists + huge corporations.
btw, the symbiosis of state and big corporations is called fascism, if you asked me ...

well, the EU speaks about copyright as motivation for this arrangements, but we all know it is about censorship, don't we? and it is against small media providers, too. how can they afford upload filters which could proof if some content is protected by any copyrights? thus it supports big media companies like axel springer, bertelsmann, murdoch & co. and of course supports only the system compatible political correct opinion of mainstream media ...

the article #13 (uploadfilter) and article #11 (the till know only in germany existing and highly controversial protection for media companies, so that even if you cite their content like teaser headlines you could face juridical consequences). find a blog post from my buddy bernd who is an author himself and analyzed the new regulations deeply HERE (in german language). of course i've asked bernd for permission / copy right to use his content :-)

by the way, the new EU regulation is not the first attack on the free internet, there have been already DSGVO, ACTA, INDECT and many other trials to limit our freedom step by step :-(

after stop acta, stop indect and stopwatchingus we have had the next nice event for freedom and against the spying state, BND, NSA & Co. in munich called 'freiheit statt angst' (freedom instead of fear)

my heroes were folks like edward snowden, anonymous + chelsea manning (who exposed the u.s. army cruelties in occupied iraq) and the piratenpartei (pirates party). the key speaker of the event was the former german ministry of justice and current fighter for freedom + justice + democracy, sabine leutheusser-schnarrenberger.

sind wir ein volk von echten idioten? SEPA wahnsinn siehe bild 1, GEZ, NSA / BND, TAFTA, ‘rauch’-melder im jeden schlafzimmer / kinderzimmer gesetzlich ab 2013, spätestens (nachweislich) anzubringen sind diese verdammten rauchmelder ab 2017, ACTA, INDECT, zypern 47% des geldes weg, IWF will uns immerhin nur 10% vom konto wegnehmen, … sind wir wirklich so blöd, daß wir uns ALLES gefallen lassen?

übrigens, 3024919 wäre die ‘alte’ kontonummer … jetzt 15 zeichen zusätzlich … ach ja, der staat braucht geld, da helfe ich doch gerne … BY LADEm, wohl der bayerische bin laden? oder ein anderer bandit :-)

vermutlich ist dadurch der bankverkehr sicherer, oder? benjamin franklin wäre skeptisch :-)

INDECT: munich against surveillance + against police state ...

friends, i have missed the demo for freedom, free internet + against swindling democracy in germany today ... why? well, ma father + sister have spontaneously visited us and we spent some time at maisinger see / lake in the afternoon ...

despite the bad weather and despite two demonstrations for a similar issue ACTA (internet censorship) earlier this year there have been many other freedom fighters ... anonymous and not anonymous ... let's watch a short PHOTO GALLERY (btw, all pictures are made by my buddy dominic, best known as titus-Sound and really interested in  Actions for Freedom)

biiiiiiig big big demonstration for free internet, peace, freedom, democracy and against state linked censorship (ACTA) in munich 2day :-)

well, in germany we havent been as many folks as in poland recently, but in munich we have been many many many freedom delegates out there despite the icy weather of -8 degrees celsius, my dear ... i would say, wait, ... me + this frozen fellow from the picture above + my wife + approx 16,000 other people (ive checked the media coverage abt the event) .... and we have walked through the streets of munich (like last week 4 peace + against the so called 'security' conference ) ... well, last week we have walked from stachus to marienplatz / city hall, 2day from stachus to odeonsplatz where all the speeches took place ...

OMG, what a poor quality of my old old old mobile phone's recording ;-( ... anyway, i hope it shows ya the great athmospere we have had in munich 2day ... well, you better move to following 5 minutes video from a buddy protester of mine:
