stop u.s. airbase ramstein - stop wars

what a protest in front of the biggest u.s. military (air) base outside the USA in ramstein / germany => let's stop it :-)

also this year there was a protest week against war in general and against the u.s. military base(s) in germany in particular. three friends of mine + me from the montagsdemo / montagsmahnwache group for peace from munich joined the peace camp from friday till sunday.

if you asked me, the camp was like a hippie music festival: nice people, (political) song writers and music groups, bonfires, beer, interesting talks with other peace activists ...
my favorite musician was kilez more (aka kevin) from austria. he has such a power to spark and to thrill people. let's listen to his performance, a short two-minutes-video-here.

at the major event, the peace demonstration and sitting blockade in front of the gates of the u.s. military air base on saturday, i liked most the speach of sahra wagenknecht, one of the leaders of german opposition party 'die linke'. just listen to her motivational words for peace:

russia spends on military less than 10% what NATO spends => WHO THREATENS WHOM, my dears?

 NATO = North Atlantic Terror Organizations (which initiates aggression wars around the globe against countries which never threatened NATO: iraq, syria, serbia, libya, afghanistan, ...)

mahnwache für frieden = montagsdemo, die nächste :-)

so einfach? klar doch.

soooo, paar festgehaltene momente ... und ja, es war wieder mal 'ne schöne friedliche demo für den frieden ... hoffentlich sind wir bald hunderttausende oder besser millionen auf der straße und stoppen das symbolische 1%, welches sich politik + mainstreanmedien kaufen kann und mit unseren (steuer-)geldern kriege + naturzerstörung im irrglaube des wirtschaftlichen wachstums rund um den globus betreibt ... zeit wird's :-)

montagsdemos am scheideweg?

... immer noch für frieden oder nur noch eine kampfarena, wo der (fremdgesteuerte?) kampf untereinander 'links' gegen 'rechts' stattfindet?

hi leute 

sooooo, ich habe mir die kommentare durchgelesen und erkenne, daß viele aktivisten/innen die montagsdemo (MD) eben als eine mahnwache für FRIEDEN und nicht als eine mahnwache für / gegen karl richter sehen, den ja bis vor paar wochen keiner kannte. ich hoffe sehr, daß die ganzen hassprediger/innen vom letzten mal (kilez more, morgaine, franz, lion, ... ), die dermaßen megaaggressiv gegen richter & co gehetzt haben mit ihren mittelfinger, haßabstimmungen, anschreien, zum weggehen auffordern usw, sich eine neue plattform (neue demo?) suchen und (falls sie ihren haß nicht anders abbauen können) dort herumpöbeln wie auch immer gegen wen auch immer.... die restlichen 99%, die eben für frieden, demokratie, toleranz & co. sind, die würden nämlich gerne im gegenseitigen mitgefühl für frieden einstehen. 

nur so am rande, die floskel, daß man gegen rassismus und pro religiöse / politische / sexuelle freiheit / usw ist, bedeutet übersetzt für die praxis, daß auch leute andererer rassen / religionen / politischen meinungen / sexueller orientierung / usw ebenfalls am sendlinger tor friedlich herumstehen dürfen.

frieden beginnt zuerst im eigenen kopf und eigenem (friedlichen) umgang mit der umwelt und mitmenschen ...

und ja, das eigentliches problem der MD im hinblick auf zielerreichung (= weltfrieden) sind nicht die paar hundert leute, die wir da woche für woche bei jedem wetter für frieden wachen. das eigentliche problem sind die 80 millionen, die in deutschland (noch) nicht auf die straße gehen ...

the worldwide march against monsanto (aka march against GMO) continues in 2014 further => => enjoy the protest :-)

in 2013, we have had 3 or 4 events in munich (pictures + insights from october 2013), this year  there was a lot of good mood among the activists, healthy vegan food, few speeches (including jörg bergstedt), tons of really good music and yes, you will find my 1 minute statement  as well    http://youtu.be/6PuxnMfb3Iw 

i couldn't come from the beginning, so just see how many many people took part at the march through the streets of old munich
